Microsoft acquires the company for some Billion Dollars, which satisfy the Nokia to be calm. Microsoft aims to use the brand name to make huge profits on Smartphone industry, but Microsoft couldn't utilize this opportunity to make profits. Instead of gaining profits company lose the capital investment too.
Many analysts expect Microsoft to write off all or part of the $7.2 billion it paid for Nokia's handset unit, a deal that left Microsoft with a money-losing business and only 3 percent of the smartphone market.
This week Nokia's CEO Rajeev Suri said, company Plans to start designing and licensing handsets again once an agreement with partner Microsoft allows it to in 2016. He stated "Microsoft makes mobile phones. We would simply design them and then make the brand name available to license."

It's not a big deal to compete the Apple and Android, but something is better than nothing. Then What would be epic is if Microsoft allows Nokia to research and Build a new Operating system like Symbian is great news.
